have u surprise that, im suddenly use english to write my blog? well for real, use english to write blog will b faster..cos im dont need to choise each word .
yesterday actually nothing special happen, but i have go to check the fish farm flow situation...although it have 1 day didnt rain, but it's still flow, im even cant ride my motor into the fish farm which my company own have. just walk to there to check it out. it not a very happy experience, but it a very worthy experience to learn. cos this is 1st time im know what i can learn from this matter, and thinking of how to solve the matter.
now, im going to say about today, this morning we are separate the size of fish, we use whole money to separate some fish . it quiet long time for it, and a bit tired, im sure im wont feel tired for this work in b4, but righ now getting fat , do this little job will get tired. im wondering is physical problem or other problem.
tell u all, im still progressing my kept fit plan, but till righ now, my stomach still very big, im wondering where going wrong , or im need to add more exercise? what im doing righ now is ......

重量訓練,就是舉啞鈴 鍛鍊手臂 每天3組,在做完一組的時候穿插著仰臥起坐 以及滾輪, 跳繩+腹地挺身 一般上會輪流,因為一天我通常只做3種不同的重量鍛鍊,每一種各3組.
我想這個訓練是我自己想出來的,我不確定有沒有用,不過我的重量鍛鍊 一般上每天都會換不同的部位,因為需要給其他部位休息,所以就每天的重量鍛鍊都會不同. 我這樣做跟我減肚子的計畫 可以不可以成功呢? 我第一次減肥,所以不懂呢... 如果有什麼錯誤的一定要跟我說哦.

我不是很肥拉,只是肚子比較大,所以不好看.
所以就要減肥樓..主要目的是肚子. 你有什麼GOOD IDEAL給我肚子變小阿...不貪心要什麼肌肉...直是不要看到肥肉就好
